Vision boards are a potent tool to attract situations, experiences and feelings that you desire.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a modality that releases limiting beliefs and old habits that are getting in the way.
Combine these two powerful practices to release the old and align with the new!
We will be using Pinterest to create our vision boards and Canva to present them, feel free to gather (pin) images beforehand or do this as part of the workshop.

Bring a journal and access to Pinterest or Google images. By the end of the workshop you'll have a beautiful Canva vision board ready to access digitally or print and display.
