When submitting a Marketing Request

- The Marketing Concierge will respond + assign tasks within 48 hours
- You will receive a notification via Asana once your request is being worked on
- We intend to complete all minor tasks (that take under 2 hours) within 3 business days, larger tasks (landing pages etc.) within 10 business days unless flagged urgent
- Urgent requests will be prioritized andĀ will be subject to aĀ 20% priority surcharge
- If revisions are required, we aim to have these within 24 hours of feedback being receivedĀ
- All feedback and project correspondance shall be done via the project task on Asana
- You will be invoiced for the task as per your service agreement on your next invoice cycle
