I spent the most part of my life living from the neck up.

I was full of ambition and creativity.

My type-A drive and resourcefulness could make just about anything happen.

I was always chasing after my dreams. Looking for the next level of success, happiness, freedom.

But the chasing become tiresome. The striving for the next level became exhausting.

My mind was racing 100 miles a minute and my nervous system was wrecked.

All the things that truly mattered in my world I was hardly present to, and even when I was, I couldn't feel them fully as I was disconnected from my body and my capacity to feel deeply.

Then entered Cacao into my world...

If you would have told me years ago that chocolate would change my life, I would have looked at you like an alien 👽.

Chocolate (or Ceremonial Cacao as we'll refer to it now) has not only transformed the way I interact with the world, it's changed the way I experienced myself.

I work with female leaders, conscious global brands, innovators, disrupters and revolutionaries to create epic lives and online businesses.

The work I do is steeped in energetics, intuition and Human Design and incorporates the medicines of Cacao, breath, nature and movement.

My connection with Ceremonial Cacao started in 2017 and since then I have cultivated a deep connection with this plant medicine, have travelled to Guatemala and have acted as Marketing Director for a global Cacao brand.
