Following the flow of life and listening to my intuition has led me to help others live their life in a more connected and peaceful way. I combine my training in Tri Yoga, IICT recognized training in Modern Qigong and Sacred Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Training and Vocal training with my passion to help others. Offering weekly QiYoga classes, kids yoga programs, monthly Qigong & breakfast events, monthly sound healing & cacao ceremony, half and full day retreats, corporate sessions, private sessions and free pop up community classes. Located in Palm Cove & Kuranda in Tropical Far North Queensland, surrounded by the beauty and energy of 2 world heritage listed wonders, of the Reef & Rainforest, I feel honoured and blessed to share my gifts.
